How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website, call or text us directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. We require a 24hr min. notice for all appointments,

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for weekend appointments. Popular time slots fill up quickly and it is best to rebook your next session upon completion of your current appointment.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.  Your treatment time has been specially set aside and reserved for YOU.  Late cancellations or no-shows prevent others from booking available appointment times.

How long are the sessions?

We offer 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions. First-time clients often request 60 minute appointments.  However, to fully experience the benefits of massage therapy and deep relaxation, a 90 minute session is recommended.

Do you offer couples massage?

Yes! We have a couples massage room where you and your partner can enjoy side-by-side treatments in a relaxing, shared environment.

Preparation & What to Expect

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll undress to your comfort level - we provide draping for your privacy and warmth throughout the session.

Should I eat before my massage?

We recommend eating a light meal 1-2 hours before your appointment. Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session.

What should I expect during my first visit?

You'll fill out a brief health history form, discuss your goals and any areas of concern with your therapist, then enjoy your customized massage treatment.

Health & Safety

Are there any conditions that prevent me from getting a massage?

Certain conditions may require medical clearance or modifications to your treatment. Please inform me of any health conditions, injuries, or medications during your consultation.

Is massage safe during pregnancy?

Yes! I offer specialized prenatal massage for expectant mothers after the first trimester. Expectant mothers are placed in a safe position and receive unique care.

What safety measures do you have in place?

I maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, use fresh linens for each client, and follow all health department and state licensing guidelines for your safety and comfort.

Do you accept insurance?

No, insurance billing is not an option at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Gratuity can be added to card payments or given in cash.
